Founded in 2016, our Arlington Heights-based design and remodeling company was built on a passion for architecture, the built environment, and the art of transforming spaces. Our owner, Ted Ward, brings a unique combination of creativity, mechanical expertise, and strong communication skills, allowing us to collaborate seamlessly with clients and bring their visions to life with precision and transparency.

Ted, a longtime Arlington Heights resident and father of two daughters, has spent years refining his craft. His experience working for large remodeling operations allowed him to master both the technical and artistic aspects of remodeling. This background shaped our company’s approach—blending innovative design with expert craftsmanship to create spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
